  13. Over a year ago I accepted a Borland offer for C++ V4.5.  This offer, I was
  14. told, included TWO upgrades.. Eventually becoming the Windows95 version
  15. of Borland C++.   Borland recently, after my request, sent me Vs 4.52
  16. and stated that they had fulfilled their promises.  I am feeling very
  17. angry and would like some input from others to help me decide if I should
  18. continue to do business with Borland.
